NQF-in Project Final Conference held on developing models of the inclusion of non-formal sector qualifications in national qualifications frameworks – the experiences of European countries.

What needs to be considered when developing a system to include non-school qualifications in an NQF? Should this be governed by detailed public regulations or by guiding principles? How will charging fees for inclusion affect the system? Should the system be centralised or devolved? What are the implications of the various options for including qualifications in an NQF?

NQF-in national seminar in Czech Republic

Within the NQF-in project, each projekt partner is organising the national saminar. The National Institute for Education (NUV) – Czech project partner – organised it on 14th may, 2018 in Prague.
The seminar focused on the inclusion of non-formal qualifications (gained in the non-formal and informal environment) into national qualifications frameworks. The seminar was held by project members: Jan Brůha and Viola Horska.

Review of European qualifications systems – Poland’s NQF-in Seminar

We visited France, Ireland, Scotland, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. However, not by car or plane, but via a seminar organised by the NQF-in Project, reviewing the ways qualifications attained through non-formal education are included in those countries’ qualifications systems.
