Developing organisational and financial models
for including non-formal sector qualifications
in National Qualifications Frameworks

NQF-in Project partners took advantage of their presence in Prague for the conference on how countries include non-formal sector qualifications in NQF-based qualifications systems to hold their 5th NQF-in Project Meeting on November 10, 2017. The meeting was hosted by the National Institute for Education of the Czech Republic, under the auspices of the Erasmus+ project “Developing organisational and financial models for including non-formal sector qualifications in National Qualifications Frameworks”.

The 4th NQF-in Project Meeting took place on May 4-5, 2017 in Marseille, at the Centre for Research on Qualifications (Céreq). Its aim was to discuss the country reports, models of including non-formal education qualifications to National Qualifications Framework, as well as to plan the project conference in Prague scheduled for November 2017.

The meeting in France was organised within the Erasmus+ project “Developing organisational and financial models for including non-formal sector qualifications in National Qualifications Frameworks” that is led by the Educational Research Institute from Poland.

The third meeting of NQF-IN project partners took place in Split, Croatia on 29-30 September 2016. Our gracious hosts were the University of Split, Croatia, who provided an excellent meeting space on their main campus and also helped with our accommodations. Each project partner institution was well represented by a total of 16 experts from Croatia (University of Split), Czech Republic (NUV), France (CÉREQ), Hungary (OH), Ireland (DIT), Scotland (SCQFP) and Poland (IBE – project leader).

The third meeting of NQF-IN project partners will be held in Split, Croatia on 29-30 September 2016. This meeting will further the work on developing models of including qualifications attained outside of the formal education systems in national qualifications frameworks.
