Josiane Paddeu

Josiane Paddeu is a sociologist and researcher at the Education, Training and Certification department (DFC) in Céreq. She carries out researches on skills development at work or at school, their recognition and accreditation and she have published a number of articles and papers on these subjects. She is member of the Professional Advisory Committees  (CPC) belonging to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour and member of the National Pedagogic Commissions (CPN, Ministry of Higher Education). As permanent member, I take part in building vocational or training standards in the field industrials activities especially related to chemical industries, plastics processing industries, electric installation and maintenance. Formerly she took part to EVABCOM European Project experiment of an apprenticeship learning outcomes assessment method inspired by the Institut Tecknik und Bildung (Institute of technology and education), Bremen, 2004-2005.
